Savory Beef Brisket 6-8 pound brisket 3 large onions 3 cloves garlic 2
bottles chili sauce Start by slicing the onions, and mincing the garlic. Then simply combine the brisket,
the onions, the garlic, both bottles of chili sauce, and then refill the bottles with water and add that as well in a
large roasting pan. Cover the pan tightly and then bake for 4+ hours at 300 degrees. The water, chili sauce, and
juice from the brisket will mingle for a great gravy. This can be left in the over until tender when pricked by a fork.
Cooking time will vary by the weight and thickness of the meat. When done remove and let cool for ten minutes.
Then slice across the grain and serve with the gravy. Goes great with a side of mashed potatoes. Recipe submitted
